Since Thingyan or water festival is coming, people are preparing for the event by setting up stages from various corner of the streets in many big cities in Myanmar. This is also celebrating almost the same way in Thailand. But the things that face high criticism is how women dressed during the festival, they are too short and thin.
This is just a recommendation of what you should not wear. It's simple, just look at the photos below and just do not wear like them. Look at one women who doesn't even wear bra with a very thin white T-shirt. And when the body is wet, you can see through it!
This year 2016, you will have 10 days holidays for Thingyan, it's quite a long holiday. But in Thailand the official holiday is only three days but it is in sequence with weekend,so that makes 5 days holidays.
If you have never experience Thingyan (In Myanmar), Songkran (in Thai) , or water festival, I am sure you would have a great time.
