Husband cut off wife's head and turn himself in to the police in Sagaing Division Myanmar

On last 1st April, 2016, a murder case occurred in Sagaing Division, Khant Ba Lu town in which a husband killed his wife out of argument with a sword.

The wife's head has been cut off near their resident. The husband later went to the police and turn himself in. The police opened up the criminal case, and the man will be charged with murdered.

Usually, a murder case like this is connected to the use of drugs. The police should investigate thoroughly for other charges apart from the murder.
