Today April 2, 2016, a group of people including monks from Yangon make a demonstration against the appointment of the two vice-presidents.
The group of people, which included 15 layman and 10 monks, holding signboard saying "We do not want vice presidents who are corrupted".

The two appointed vice-president, U Myint Swe - a military man who is also Chief Minister of Yangon and Henry Van Thio a Chin ethnic Christian.
The group demanding the replacement of these two because one is a military man who is corrupted which will not bring any good for the people and the other one is a Christian in which it will not help in preserving Buddhism since Myanmar is a Buddhist country.
