Myanmar professional makeup designer Ma Htet lately went to Thailand to make full transgender operations during Songkran water festival last April, 2016.
After the operation Oakkar Htet aka Ma Htet has publicly announced on one of the facebook pages that full transgender operation has been done and the professional makeup designer is full transformed from male to female.
Thailand is famous for its transgender operation and many male Thais have done it. Any male from neighboring countries who would like to have the gender changed will usually come to Thailand for the operation.
