The April 1st 2016's Thailand new enlist registration has made the headline when reporters saw some transgenders also came to register for the new enlists. This is the law in Thailand that every healthy males have to serve in the military when their time comes. There is no excuse whether you are from a big family, a celebrity, or a transgender. If you are healthy, you must serve your military term.
Last 1st April 2016, a few transgenders came for the registration and there was a particular enlist which drew everyone's attention. The name of this enlist is called Panitan Nuchpramool.
In 2016, there is an estimate quota of 100,000 new enlist for the Thai Royal Army.
