Thingyan water festival 2016 is coming up and people especially from the three countries - Myanmar, Thailand, Laos are preparing for the big festival. This is not just a festival, it is a new year for the Buddhist calendar. Many signboards, billboards are full of water festival graphics. It's a national event for these three countries.
